There is a universal solution for all errors, just go through the following steps:

- Restart your PC.
- Make sure you have selected output format in the Output settings window.
- Maybe the CD/file is damaged so try ripping/converting another CD/file.

Finally since you are in complete control of settings, errors can occur if the format settings are not correctly chosen.
